Greed, Self centered and Vain are limitless for this Business

This is a clear cut example of just how greedy, self centered, childish and unprofessional a senior member of this business obviously can be and is.

While millions are unemployed the senior member of this business, who claims to work at the local USAF Base as a federal employee, Hill AFB, Ut. whines and complains about no pay raise again this year. Greed and a pity party seem to run together here at this business. Millions have lost their jobs, benefits and homes and he whines about a Federal pay freeze/raise. What about the Social Security, retired Vets, etc that also had theirs frozen? I think someone needs to join the ranks of the unemployed and then theyll know what real financial problems are. Someone that claims to love history forgets what a President once said, Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country. Time to man up, little boy and quit whining. What a new experience that would be, Manning up for once in your life. Or fulfilling a contract correctly and on time for once. Now that would be a new experience for sure.

Maybe its all those many special needs and issues this business seems to have that are costing so much while not bringing in much money these days with your illegal business? Go get a real job where you dont have the Union or Government to protect the deadwood you seem to be.

Obama Freezes Federal Pay

I am all for reducing the deficit but come on. Your excessive Federal pay over the years is part of the problem.

The average Federal Worker is not overpaid!!! The average federal worker is GROSSLY OVERPAID AND YOURE THE BIGGEST ONE! They could fire half of the federal employees and the production would increase since the other remaining 50% still there, wouldnt have to walk around the 50% doing nothing and getting paid big bucks for it. I am a Fed worker and I haven't seen a pay raise for years. Probably because youre over paid far more then you deserve anyway. Since they're due to positive work and performance reviews I guess that counts you out again.

Every time we got a COLA raise the Insurance rates went up and we actually lost money. Now we don't even get the COLA to help offset the insurance raise. Believe me we pay dearly for insurance. And have the best plan in the country; everyone else pays dearly for insurance. You think youre something special? It isn't the Congressional Plan, and it isn't all the press makes it out to be. t is just like a corporate plan at any big company. In a nutshell we will get a Pay Cut this year. The guy doing the same job I do on the outside makes 20K more than I. Then feel free to take your useless butt out there and get a REAL job or is that Federal Gravy Train youre milking protecting you from really having to work? Guess those Fed bennies aren't so bad, are they?

Overpaid my a$$. Talk about being whiny, maybe a political job would fit you better. Thought you should all know the facts (as you expect everyone to believe your every lies) and not the diatribe the media shoves up places.

I am not sure where you work where Private Sector makes 20K more than You but where I live it's a Different Story.

Because they dont where you live, Ogden, Utah doesnt pay or have jobs like this, only at the USAF Base, Hill AFB, Utah. And this is a federal employee publicly stating derogatory remarks directly at his employer, the US Government.

I am Medical Retired I don't get my service time.No one gets Medical Retired especially with only 4 years of active duty, like you claim or your service time would have counted.Try telling the truth for once. Probably, unfit for Military duty, not reenlistment eligible and thats why your service time doesnt count. Once again, let the pity party begin.

Being Retired Military myself, Vet status, and VA benefits included; I know better then to believe your BS. Liar, Liar. Prior service helps a grundle.

I deal a lot with Tech Reps (AFETS in the Air Farce).

A Ford Mustang built on 9-24-64 or 9/18/64 (both your numbers and this sounds familiar) isnt a 64 . The 65s where on the street 9/16/64 so its clearly a 65. Build date for the last 64 Stangs was Aug 17^th, 1964, DOCUMENTED. Again another false claim to stardom.

A 2005 Mustang GT bought in June 2005 isnt a first of anything as you claim. The 2005s werent even being built anymore so there was probably several thousand GTs already on the streets, even in Utah. Then when you post flow numbers and asked where the heads were air flow tested at, the question is avoided all together, again caught in another lie. Especially when the person asking the question lives right in your local area. Again I quote:

              Illegal VIN Tampering isnt Enough for this business

       Its been 1 year since I recovered my Mustang from this illegal business. Its been fun too, if I may say so myself. Repairing the damage Ratstang Restoration aka RSR did, seeing this business banned from websites and one website that they used for advertising completely removed from the internet, exposing the illegal activities that resulted in Felony and Misdemeanor charges. That itself netted the business owner a felony record and FBI number for life, and still no business license due to building and fire code along with zoning violations, and the list goes on and on.

       As a result of their continuous harassment and threats IXTLAN aka RATSTANG has been permanently banned from another website, and from the website administrator;

The ban was for 7 days, one of the other admins put them on suspension while we figured out what this was all about. The consensus was to ban them indefinitely as I have done. I sent them a message explaining that if they have an issue talking to the staff is the first course of action not sending harassing PMs (private messages). It appears they where also sharing an account between three individuals, this is also against the rules.

More proof that this family business seems to know no limit of rules that they cant break.  Just another reason to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

Getting ready for Emissions Testing

As the owners of the newer vehicles with electronic controlled everything the modified car presents some issues come emissions testing time. (Not if you havent altered them)
When we as owners mod these cars by adding CAI (Cold Air Intakes) or the numerous other mods we can do it requires us to change the programming of our PCM (Power Control Modules) or as they are also called by many as the ECM.
But we have also created a problem.
Emissions Testing is going to be a problem.

      Just another example of Ratstang BREAKING THE LAW and doesnt care who knows it. I guess they havent been getting enough attention from Utah law enforcement and the court system lately. Any Utah DMV Enforcement or EPA people out there reading this? If it isnt Illegal VIN tampering, now its also Illegal Emission tampering being added to your resume, or is that charges? But not all the members of this website find their illegal advice helpful. Unless you want to pay some big fines?

In my parts all the smog testers are hooked up to the state directly.
Plug it in and reads the data and transmits directly to the DMV.

      Sad thing is this person (ixtlan) claims to work on Military Aircraft at the local Air Force Base in Ogden Utah. I wouldnt want to fly anything he worked on since personal integrity doesnt seem to apply to him. Breaking rules, regulations and doing what he wants, no matter what is specified, seems to be Standard Operating Proceedure.

Well it seems that the heat is getting to this Illegal, Unlicensed business. The exposure must be getting to be too much. But then you wanted exposure anyway, didnt you. I guess thats all they have to work on now; installing what appears to be, Walmart Boat Air Vents in holes cut in the cars hood, and spray can racing strips that dont even look straight.

Well it seems that the heat is getting to this Illegal, Unlicensed business. The exposure must be getting to be too much. But then you wanted exposure anyway, didnt you.  Information from a reliable source has now confirmed that Richard Cordon did apply for a Business license on May 6^th, 2010 under the business name of RSR Automotive, in application only. As stated in my other rip-off reports, in my opinion this is just an attempt to rename an illegal business so to go back into the business of ripping people off. That by not meeting the specifications of building & fires codes and city zoning laws, while operating a business from the garage under the house, doesnt get you a license. When the zoning laws where they are located are for RESIDENTUAL and not BUSINESS, and that these regulations do APPLY TO THEM they seem to be unable to grasp that concept.

Its been 1 year now, July 3^rd, 2009 since all this began. In this last year the accomplishments have been;

1.    On July 3^rd, 2009 recovery of some parts from this con artists business/shop. This picture is priceless, showing all of the perpetrators trying to sort parts under direct supervision of a Weber County Deputy. I requested a Law Enforcement Deputy be present to witness and disallow any aggressive acts by Richard Cordon or his associates. Knowing that this was strong possibility due to hostile emails from them, prior to my scheduled pick up date of July 3^rd. I also had witnesses accompany me to retrieve the car & parts. At this time the extra work total cost was $1200. Work that was never done nor authorized to be done.

 

2.    Below is an actual picture of the business/residence that  Richard Cordon operates from.

        The 1966 Mustang was finally recovered, on Oct. 27^th, 2009

         again requiring a Weber County Deputys presence to ensure

         the safe return of the vehicle after they were paid in full.

         All after a Small Claims court ruling against me for $2400,

         instead of the $10,000 Richard and Sherry Cordon tried to

        due to the fact the Cordons intentionally committed perjury

        was never done and paid for materials that has never been

        discovered that the VIN had been illegally tampered with by

        Richard Cordon. The removed door tag was intentionally

        hidden in the garage by him. All verified by the Deputy

        himself, who had to order Richard Cordon to return the VIN

        tag and the VIN panel he illegally tampered with. No wonder

        they didnt want to return the vehicle. All the evidence of

        their crime was there.

               So Richard Cordon you obviously assumed that I

        wouldnt show up for court. The shocked look on your face

        when you saw me in the court room proved that. Then you

        scrambled to try and come up with lies that would work

        in court. The judge even commented how you were

        completely unprepared. Thought youd just win by default

        and with the illegal lien you had planned for my vehicle,

        youd get it and the $1000s in extra parts that were with it,

        didnt you? Didnt think Id come back from Pennsylvania for

        court in Utah did you? So what were your illegal plans for my

        vehicle? I already have a pretty good idea of what you had

        planned with your con game. And it wasnt legal either.

 

After reviewing possible criminal activity information the state of Utah and Weber County Law Enforcement, on February 1^st, 2010 executed a search warrant against Richard Cordon, aka Ratstang Restoration, aka Richards Auto Restoration, aka RSR Automotive, and discovered enough evidence for charges of;

1.     Felony VIN Tampering.

          Misd, running an unlicensed business.

     Misd, scarping automotive parts without a license.

Charges were initiated by the Weber County DA on Feb 18^th, 2010.

2.  Richard Cordon aka Ixtlan & Ratstang, have been permanently banned from the website utahstangs.org, references to their illegal business and several illegal tech articles removed from fordmuscle.com website. The website S197mustangsofutah.com which they have advertised on has been terminated. But one website in particular, S197forum.com continues to allow them to advertise for free, even when proven that this is an unlicensed, illegal business. This, in my opinion, is a slap in the face by both Richard Cordon and the website itself, of the legitimate businesses that do pay good money, supporting it by legally advertising on this website.

3.  As of today Richard Cordon now has a criminal record complete with mug shot and a permanent FBI number due to the criminal activity he was charged with.

     On April 26^th, 2010, the Charges were dismissed without prejudice and as of April 29^th, 2010 the charges were put on retention until April 26^th, 2020. Looks like the state and county might feel that its only a matter of time knowing the situation.

     So as of today, Richard Cordon and associates are continuing to display pictures on their website, of the 1966 Mustang that he worked on. Clearly displaying not only the adolescent attitude they have, but the poor quality of workmanship and illegal VIN tampering that was done by Richard Cordon over the 3 year period the vehicle was in his possession. In my opinion, Richard Cordons display of the evidence of his criminal activity in pictures is a public insult to not only Law Enforcement, the court system and Judge DiReda, but any legitimate business in the Northern Utah, (Ogden, Roy) area. 

     When finally able to look over the parts that were returned, it was found that there were additional body parts from a green mustang along with other vehicle items of questionable origin. I wonder what was going on there and the intent?

     The 1966 Mustangs restoration is now being worked on by the legal owner. The damage done as a result of Richard Cordons workmanship is being repaired and brought up to a much higher standard. A new quality level far exceeding anything Richard Cordon and associates will probably ever be capable of.

 

And last but not least, his latest creation, that wasnt completed (on time either publicly stated by him) before Xmas as it was suppose to be, but 3+ weeks later. Behold the Cyclops from the Body Shop of a self proclaimed professional following EPA regulations???

        discovered that the VIN had been illegally tampered with by

        Richard Cordon. The removed door tag was intentionally

        hidden in the garage by him. All verified by the Deputy

        himself, who had to order Richard Cordon to return the VIN

        tag and the VIN panel he illegally tampered with. No wonder

        they didnt want to return the vehicle. All the evidence of

        their crime was there.

               So Richard Cordon you obviously assumed that I

        wouldnt show up for court. The shocked look on your face

        when you saw me in the court room proved that. Then you

        scrambled to try and come up with lies that would work

        in court. The judge even commented how you were

        completely unprepared. Thought youd just win by default

        and with the illegal lien you had planned for my vehicle,

        youd get it and the $1000s in extra parts that were with it,

        didnt you? Didnt think Id come back from Pennsylvania for

        court in Utah did you? So what were your illegal plans for my

        vehicle? I already have a pretty good idea of what you had

        planned with your con game. And it wasnt legal either.

 

After reviewing possible criminal activity information the state of Utah and Weber County Law Enforcement, on February 1^st, 2010 executed a search warrant against Richard Cordon, aka Ratstang Restoration, aka Richards Auto Restoration, aka RSR Automotive, and discovered enough evidence for charges of;

1.     Felony VIN Tampering.

          Misd, running an unlicensed business.

     Misd, scarping automotive parts without a license.

Charges were initiated by the Weber County DA on Feb 18^th, 2010.

2.  Richard Cordon aka Ixtlan & Ratstang, have been permanently banned from the website utahstangs.org, references to their illegal business and several illegal tech articles removed from fordmuscle.com website. The website S197mustangsofutah.com which they have advertised on has been terminated. But one website in particular, S197forum.com continues to allow them to advertise for free, even when proven that this is an unlicensed, illegal business. This, in my opinion, is a slap in the face by both Richard Cordon and the website itself, of the legitimate businesses that do pay good money, supporting it by legally advertising on this website.

3.  As of today Richard Cordon now has a criminal record complete with mug shot and a permanent FBI number due to the criminal activity he was charged with.

     On April 26^th, 2010, the Charges were dismissed without prejudice and as of April 29^th, 2010 the charges were put on retention until April 26^th, 2020. Looks like the state and county might feel that its only a matter of time knowing the situation.

     So as of today, Richard Cordon and associates are continuing to display pictures on their website, of the 1966 Mustang that he worked on. Clearly displaying not only the adolescent attitude they have, but the poor quality of workmanship and illegal VIN tampering that was done by Richard Cordon over the 3 year period the vehicle was in his possession. In my opinion, Richard Cordons display of the evidence of his criminal activity in pictures is a public insult to not only Law Enforcement, the court system and Judge DiReda, but any legitimate business in the Northern Utah, (Ogden, Roy) area. 

     When finally able to look over the parts that were returned, it was found that there were additional body parts from a green mustang along with other vehicle items of questionable origin. I wonder what was going on there and the intent?

     The 1966 Mustangs restoration is now being worked on by the legal owner. The damage done as a result of Richard Cordons workmanship is being repaired and brought up to a much higher standard. A new quality level far exceeding anything Richard Cordon and associates will probably ever be capable of.

 

And last but not least, his latest creation, that wasnt completed (on time either publicly stated by him) before Xmas as it was suppose to be, but 3+ weeks later. Behold the Cyclops from the Body Shop of a self proclaimed professional following EPA regulations???
