Complaint Review: Rt 8 Marine-Kleber Brothers - Glenshaw Pennsylvania

As im having issue 2+ years of issues and nobody will answer the phone there maybe you can call me and offer a solution ? I doubt it though as I have encountered the same elusive " business practice " as this person . I despise having any opinions made public so ill simply ask that you call me !!!

This is a rebuttle to the claims set forth. My name is john and I am the owner. These so called ripped off consumers need people to feel sympathy for them so that they can get ahead in life. this deal was fine at the time untill they threatened my sales person by trying to run them off the road. They are banned from the property with a pfa by the police. it is easy to slam a business but when the truth comes out these are the people who should not be allowed to do any business. we are a 58 year old business and if we did not do it right we would not be here for 58 years

I have a 9.8 mercury outboard. I was serving in Iraq & my motor was under water for 3-4 days when my home was flooded. Another marine shop in verona said my motor was garbage. Kleber Brothers informed me how to fix my motor & sold me the parts. If it was'nt for them my son & i would'nt be able to go fishing. I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU TO THEM GOOD JOB.

I'll second the remarks by the previous poster. They have taken my parents for THOUSANDS of dollars over the years for poor and improper repairs. - The impeller in the sterndrive failed after being serviced by them. Causing the engine to overheat and warp the head. - They charged over $2000 to replace the head (which my parents had to supply because they could not find one). Only to later find out that the block was also cracked the entire time and the engine ended up needing replaced anyhow. - A simple hub on their trailer went bad and they were sold an ENTIRE NEW AXLE for a 20 year old boat trailer. It would have been about the same price for wn entire new trailer. I thouhgt that I was the only one who hated Kleber Brothers Marine. Everybody beware!!!!!

We still have the contract, if you would like we can match up your false rebuttel to the false police report after Beveraly was caught in complete lie. Your known for bad business all over this area that is why you are having bad business. You will be exposed further and further. It wont go away! Also we like how you were trying to sell a 25 hp motor with a 20 hp decal kit? Want to see paper work would you like to compare paper work???? We got ours you got yours?

this is a rebuttle for this claim. this is a simple open and shut situation. 1. the customer's boat was done. 2. the customer was one day early for pick -up. 3. the customer showed up not only one day early but also after closing time! 4. the money held back was for a deposit on boat, it was fully refundable if we did not do our job properly. the contract was broken by the customer for arriving one day early. we did not have the bank contracts ready untill the day of pick up. 5. the customer also hunted down the sales person and threatend by attempting to run her off the road with her child. 6. there is a police report on file of this! 7. the money being held back is the the time in which the crew put this boat together, in addition to this boat being a special order item. 8. the attorney general even agreed with this decision. this is why it went no further! 9. I wish now that the correct info is out, this case can be put away. 10. if information is needed please contact me 11. this family is why business is getting so hard to do. they are exempt from anything that they do, therefor it is always the business to blame. 12. this family is banned from the property and will never be allowed to enter for anything because of legalities.
