RTN/ICEE Financial - Scam Westminster, Colorado
What a fraud this company is. We hooked up with this company from a Christian Based Radio Station in hopes that we could help our financial statis. But all we got in return was deeper in debt and more stress. Since signing with RTN (Real Talk Network) they were bought out by ICEE (Institute of Consumer Economic Education)
After a couple of unsuccessful sessions that started with their staff quiting and us having to reschedule and ending with no help towards our financial relief. I tried to talk with upper administration to complain and ask for a refund. I was told that I would get a call back within 7-10 days. After that time came and went. I started trying to contact company again. Everytime I called, which was often, I got an answering machine and was on hold at times longer than 20 minutes. This went on for several weeks so I decided to write a letter and just received it back in the mail "no forwarding address".
I'm considering filling a small claims report and contacting BBB. If anyone knows from their experiance what I should do. I'm asking for your help. Financially they have put us in a bad spot. What a sucker we were.
