They bill for amounts not owed. We got the insurance company involved and they still would not admit mistake. My insurance co. then had to send a complaint in to them. No answer yet.
They "lost" a check I sent in and then turned us over to collections even tho we had been making payments on what we knew we owed. VERY poor customer service skills!
