REPORT THEM TO BBB and STATE, they bill customers for Bills that they don't owe becaus ethey have Hospital Acesss. THEY ARE FRAUD - REPORT THEM - They never ever return calls. Hospitals are sueing them.

They bill for amounts not owed. We got the insurance company involved and they still would not admit mistake. My insurance co. then had to send a complaint in to them. No answer yet.
They "lost" a check I sent in and then turned us over to collections even tho we had been making payments on what we knew we owed. VERY poor customer service skills!
