i received an email notification from rush card on october 8th letting me know they would be doing an update to their system on october 12, 2015 from 3am-8am. As a result, access to online account, mobile app, and RushCard Member Services via phone will be disrupted during this time period. In addition, the account may not reflect new deposits and you will not be able to withdraw funds, use your card for any purchase transactions, or load money to your card using Western Union, MoneyGram, or Green Dot during that time..........it is now october 22, 2015 and i still have no access to my funds, some funds are even missing, you can not get a person to tell you whats going on, how long they expect to be back in working order or whats going to happen to all of our late fees, and all other monies this will have impacts on. my car insurance is being cancelled today. what they update to their card holders and the media is all incorrect information, and if given knowing that its incorrect would be deemed a straight up lie.
