Russo Landscaping American Bulk Ripped me off $20,000. Waterproofed incorrectly and charged $11,000! I need to get it redone ! Damaged doors and stole space heaters too much more to mention Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM Aurora Ohio Ohio
Thomas Russo worked on two houses that I own. he misrepresented himself as being a contractor and did unacceptable work Tom charged $11,000 for waterproofing that was never completed and was done incorrectly ! He ripped me off with windows , damaging doors that he installed, and too many horrible things to list . Please do not ever do business with him , he has more than 10 lawsuits against him . ,
