rustic shack furniture joel hinojosa The owner is a SCAM ARTIST! I bought a table and he never sent it. He responded with MANY lies (trying to buy more time) and I believed him. He then said he would send a refund and never sent it. I looked him up on the BBB and similar complaints. There is an alert on his company "rustic shack furniture" on the BBB. sugar land TX Internet
I bought a table from Joel Hinojosa through Ristic Shack Furniture. I never received the table. I requested a refund and I never received one. I emailed/called and texted MANY times and received many excuses : his Aunt died, he was preparing a table, he switched shipping companie, he was out of town, his brother was taking over the company etc.
I emailed the receipt and he again said he would refund me--but always begging for more time "to come up with the money" Finally I asked to send me measurment/weight information and I would have a shipping company pick up the table. NO RESPONSE.
I looked up Rustic Shack Furniture on the BBB. There is similar complaints (not sending paid for furniture). I filed a report only to receive an email saying the BBB couldnt get in touch with him. Joel hiojosas comapny has an active website and he is a seller on ebay underjoel_honohosa_55. Do NOT SEND him your money!!
