Rustys Tile Service Russell Stoddard My parents recently hired this person to tile their house. My dad paid him in cash and was ripped off, probably due to their age he found them easy to get over on. If your considering using this guy, DONT! Fayetteville North Carolina
My parents recently hired this person to tile their house. I don't know anything about tiles, but a friend has pointed out and
I've even noticed myself some things that he's done wrong. The work looks really bad, and he went way over budget. What
he said would take 4-5 days, has taken THREE WEEKS! There are still some parts in the room that are missing grout and he
left a mess in the yard where he used his equipment and never cleaned up . He cracked the mirror to a closet door (which
will cost them about $ 300.00 because its sliding doors). The cut separating the room to the carpeted closet is terrible. He
used a staple gun to put in an ugly small triangle base board. He told my dad he'd have to paint the base boards white
himself because that wasn't "part of his pay". He says he'll come one day, but comes another, with no 24 hr notice and was
NEVER once on time. SO MUCH with this guy. My dad paid him in cash and was ripped off, probably due to their age he found
them easy to get over on. If your considering using this guy, DONT!
