We bought a house in 2016 in Woodstock Ohio and the lady we bought it from said it floode one time and they found a frisbee in the drain and no more flooding after that. We lived there 8 months and it flooded 4 times there is mold in the crawlspace. We moved out and it went to forecloseer and Mar.30 2018 went to sheriff Auction in which the bank we borrowed from bought it for 43,000 in which we paid 80,000. Yet today is floode out real bad. i don't see how someone could sell a place like that and get away with it!

Yes it was inspected twice they covered it up well. This was our first time of buying a home We didn,t know we needed an attorney to buy a home. We do have an atorney helping us out on this case, and yes we had a realator. How can you be so rude i just wanted to let people know to be careful in buying thier first home because there are alot of dishonest people out there who wants to rip you off.
I know it is to late for us since it already sold inforeclosure. Just don't want this to happen to any one else. So if you are going to buy a home in Woodstock Ohio don't buy the one at 227 Flynn St. That is all I'm saying.

Well, here's what I don't see...You spend this much money and you didn't even bother to have it inspected before you buy it? Did you have an attorney represent you in this deal? Notice...I said an ATTORNEY. The real estate agent is NOT an attorney. Did you even have a real estate agent working for you during this deal? I think you are in over your head. Since you have already been FORECLOSED on, this is probably a moot point.
