I was quoted $300.00 for the power supply upgrade when he came out for the service call and he COULD NOT show original receipt (that I need) for stating it was costing $400.00 for the Power Supply Upgrade Kit. I asked him three/four times for that product receipt and he could not find it and blew me off.
This is BAD practice to extremely OVERCHARGE a consumer and not give them receipt for that product replacement (warranty) and I am sure Wyoming has a practicing law against this type of deception. BAIT and SWITCH! Taking advantage!
I have heard some stories that he has overcharge and unfair practices in the past.

Amazing V/M I received after writings. Now THIS IS CO-Owner...
Goes to show; how Intelligent this individual is?
To me; it just shows that this company IS NOT COOTH! (Her IGNORANCE is showing!) Take Advantage of People when they can! I have saved the V/M!
V/M.
Denise. This is (name) and I am co owner of R. V. Bob's Mobile Repair Service and what you are doing you a little "B..TCH" is really really pissing us off. So Number 1 You need to take back all this "Bulls**t". Nobody in right "Fu**king" mind is going to tell you what they pay for something and that receipt that you have already that is good enough for warranty we've dealt with warranty people for the last 25 "Fu**king" years so you need to get off your real high horse and stop this "Sh*t" now.

He told me right to my face yesterday evening; that is what he did to the extra money. So YES; in reality he DID pay the amount that was first stated.

Price was $300.00. The ONLY reason is was $400.00 is BECAUSE he chose to put a up charge of the difference and pocket it. Took advantage of the situation! I know for a fact that the items were no more than $286.00.

First you are misusing the term "Bait and Switch". Bait and switch is more commonly used in the parlance of retail as a way a retailer gets customers to enter their shop with a advert showing a specific item to be sold at a certain price, then NOT even have that item and switch it to a more expensive item. Hence the term "Bait and Switch". You are "Baited" into the establishment on the promise of a cheap price, then its "Switched" to a more expensive item.
Second, Stories are not PROOF!!! Stories would not be accepted in a court of law. That would be Hearsay. Documented legally, then stories would be allowed into a court room.
Third, a quote is not a locked in price. A quote is just that a quote. The information they have MAY have it around $300. But until its actually rung up, $300 should be your baseline price.
Forth, I know for a fact that a good number of states DO NOT have consumer protection laws that actuallty protect the consumer. More often then not it protects the business because consumers are out to steal and screw over anyone they can to get ahead in life. If you dont believe me go to ANY retail store and talk with a cashier. They will tell you how the consumer does everything they can to get away with whatever they can.
Fifth, If you made a purchase with a debit/credit card you should be able to show that you made a purchase by showing your statement. If that doesnt work, this person CAN write you out a reciept on his OFFICIAL business stationary. Push comes to shove, buy a reciept book and have this guy fill it out.
