RV Ice Box, Jerry Collins, James Collis, Worker Jim , hot line Jerry. They sent me a rebuilt rv cooling unit and would not repair it under warrenty, they shipped the defective unit back and refuse to w unti. Dispite over 50 phone and many emails, they will not call back Steve lied to me thta my unit would be shipped 01/15/2014 and as of 02/5/2014 no unit. Plumberville, Arkansas 72127
I ordered a rebuilt cooling unit from this company, it failed after 9 months. I called (09/9/2013) and James Collins Owner. Said they would ship it back and rebuild it under warrenty. After many, many calls. It was shipped back via UPS 10/15/2013. I have called oveer 50 times, emailed to their sales site. Asking to get some one to give me a ship date finally three months later Steve Collins co-owner said on 01/5/2014, it would ship 01/15/2014. I have no colling unit in my RV. It was never shipped ...... These people are bad news they rip man people off as you can see by other rip off reports. Do not do business with these people.

After filing the report with Ripoff, Jerry Collns called me less than six hours later and yelled and complained that he did not like getting reported to Ripoff. He said he didn't want anymore calls from me, and his employees let him down, the weather was so bad he could not work. He knew what my unit model was and said he would start on it the next day. All lies!!!!
It i now March 29, 2014 still no cooling unit, this has been since October 16, 2013 they do not answer the voice mail. Do not do business with these people they do substandard repairs and do not honor warrenty they brag about.
