RV Outlet Fresno Fraud Alert Fresno California
Beware of RV Outlet in Fresno, and it's owner, Bob Brewer. Bob is the typical "used car salesman." He'll smile to your face, shake your hand, sign a contract then when things go sideways, lie, deny, bully, threaten and ignore. Bob ran a nice little fraud on me and when I caught him I tried to work things out. He responded by saying he would crush me and that his brother, a lawyer out of San Diego would sue me.
In 2012, we went to Superior Court in Fresno three times. Each time, he raised his hand in court and lied. Each time, the Superior Court Judges saw through these lies and awarded me compensation. See Fresno Superior Court Case number 12CESC00785 if you're interested in fully investigating the case. (As a side note, Bob threatened to sue me if I ever published anything about this event. Apparently he didn't realize that once we went to court, it became a matter of public record).
As of June 2013, Bob owes me just a little over $2000.00 - (Interest continues to grow). This isn't much for an owner of an RV dealership, but he has vowed to never pay. He is currently in collections. ACT out of Visalia is conducting the collections.
If Bob Brewer is willing to lie in court and disregard the lawful orders of three Superior Court Judges, what chance do you have if a problem arises? If he's willing to run a fraud on me, a retired fraud investigator, what will he or his employees be willing to do to you? Contracts mean NOTHING to them. Handshakes mean NOTHING to them. His word means NOTHING to him. He will do whatever is necessary to win. Beware.

RV Outlet in Fresno has an A+ rating with the BBB, and has no idea what this person is talking about. Fresno RV Dba RV Outlet has never done business with you and to defame this company is not acceptable or ethical. Bob Brewer is not the owner of this company. We are a California corporation in good standing, and public record will verify this. To write reports and act as if you have conducted business with RV Outlet is false and misleading.
We will give you 48 hours to remove these false publications and bogus claim. We clearly have been affected by this with the public at large. We hope you did this in error; however we must protect our good name. If not removed you will leave us no choice, but to proceed against you within the limits of the law.

This is in response to the review by Craig Plante. As someone who is familiar with both parties I can tell you that the only fraud on here is you Mr. Plante. I have personally done business with RV Outlet on several occasions and I have found Bob Brewer to be not only ethical, but a great guy. On the other hand, as a resident of Modesto I am very familiar with you Mr. Plante. For anyone that is unaware of who Craig Plante is, just google his name. Mr. Plante is a former police officer who "retired" around the time allegations of police misconduct surfaced. By the looks of your review it looks like your "good ol days" of being a bully are not over. I hope Bob Brewer does sue you for posting this, as I'm sure that leaving a negative review for a company that you have never done business with leaves that door wide open.
