I ordered Phentermine online through this company since it was the cheapest I could find. I placed the order on a Friday. It gave you the option of Saturday delivery for an extra $15, so I took that option.

After my order was placed, I checked the status, and realized that the doctor had to approve the order, and then submit for prescription, so I would not receive my order on Saturday. This happened not 30 minutes after the order was originally placed.

So, in an attempt to be pro-active, I called the 800 number that my online receipt gave me for any customer service issues. The customer service rep. told me that since it wasn't delivered on a Saturday, the company would automatically refund my Credit Card. So, no wories... This, he told me without even looking up any of my personal information or account information with that company.

Continuing on... when I originally placed the order, I went ahead and placed a 3-month supply order for 90 pills. When I received the shipment 1 week later, It was ONE VERY SMALL BOTTLE for all 90 pills. When I dumped the bottle out to count the order to make sure I had received what I had paid for, I was 10 pills short, and another 20 pills half broken, crushed, etc. from being crammed into one small prescription bottle... I can only assume that the powder in the bottom of the bottle was supposed to equal my 10 missing pills, but I seriously doubt that!! Not to mention, I hadn't noticed any refund activity on my Saturday Delivery situation.

So, I called the "Customer Service" # once more... Oddly enough, I talked to the same rep. that I had spoke with before. He still couldn't find ANY of my information in his computer... Hmmmm... Oh yes... The funny part. Aparently, this customer service company is an outside company hired by RX Order Systems to do thier customer service work, and the rep. told me he wasn't at liberty to tell me the name of his company.

So, I sent a fairly legally threatening email to the RX Order Systems, and never heard anything back... But, come the end of what would have been my prescription, I sure did get an email from RX Order Systems reminding me that my prescription would soon be up, and I needed to put in for a refill.

I sent a message to "Customer Service" via my online account with RX Order Systems letting them know I would NEVER do business with them, and wouldn't let anyone I know do business with them either. I let them know the situation, and how I thought it was funny how quick they were to take my money, and how I had yet to see the refund they owed me on both my Saturday Delivery charges and my missing pills.

I still have the notes between myself and RX Order Systems saved to my email.... The original request was made on 3/01/4. RX responded on 3/2/4 that they would cut a check for me in the next week.

The second time I requested refund was almost 2 months later on 5/18/4. RX responded on 5/19/4 that they would check with the "Accounting" departmentand get it taken care of... Then, again, on 5/19/4 they told me it would be taken care of that day.

It is now 7/22/4, and I have not received any refund of which is owed to me, and now, not-so-surprisingly, RX Order Systems is out of business... If you ask me, they've just changed their name and web address...

So, if you have any kind of online prescription order whos' confirmation number starts with "RX", then I would highly suggest you consider going elsewhere.
