Ryan Hernandez Junior, Rude staff careless Vets nearly killed my lil girl. Las Vegas, Nevada
I purchased wellness plan and was almost done paying the plan. I took my baby puppy Brandy to get a stitch and she almost got killed I still paid the 250 some thing bill they billed me. They punched 3 holes into my puppies belly they did not give me a cone because according to them Snausers are hard to be taken care of. I had to look for a cone my self but before all that she had a reaction of some type I had to take her to another Vet they asked what was the problem with her originally I told them what happened the puppy had a small wound in her leg near the stomach done by her baby sister. I complained to Banfield Corporate and even the Better Business Bureau and they settled for a stupid response and never did any thing about it. and just the other day I noticed they sent me to collections and they never sent me a bill. I hate unethical shady companies like Banfield The Pet Killing Hospital.
