We are a small social media gaming company that is working on our debut title, and are in need of a Flash Game Dveloper to be a co-founding partner with us on this effort. We are in the early stages of the startup phase and are developing the prototype for our ground breaking social network game. The team is dedicated to delivering a one of a kind gaming experience for todays social network users. The position is initially being offered as an equity position in the company with a paid salary being included when we reach the first round of funding. Part time and/or after hours is acceptable for this position if full time is not possible with equity only compensation. Full time would be required once funding is secured and salaries are paid.
Required Experience:
3+ years of professional experience
Extremely fluent in Flash and Actionscript 3
Facebook API experience is a plus
Strong communication skills

There is no company, theres only him. He contracted us to provide a service and all of a sudden on the day it was suppose to happen he tries to extort us claiming that he has found some stuff online about us and wants us to refund him for work. We done some research of our own, and have discovered that there are many, many developers and programmers in the same position.
I would not recommend working for Ryan Sullivan at all. He knows how to make you believe that youre getting equity in his factious company with high promises of success. We strongly believe that there are more victims out there and we want you all to do the same! We cant let him get away from this.
We don't believe that there is such a company nor any investors to make this even work.

I can confirm that William Franklin, d/b/a "LA Design and Coding" is the one who is defrauding both clients and contractors, and has been doing so for more than a decade.
Now, he is engaging in retaliatory libel against those who dare to publicly alert others to the risks associated with doing business with him. In the past, he has also attempted to appropriate the names and business identities of persons he has defrauded.
The FBI and local police departments have been repeatedly notified of Mr. Franklin's activities, and to date have done nothing.
Contrary to Mr. Franklin's assertions, and fake Google Voice phone number, he is really based in Newport, Kentucky.

I thought that as the owner of this company I would post to inform any interested parties as to exactly who was posting this complain. The first part of what he posts is more of less true, it is just me and 2 partners working on this startup company. That is why we take care to make sure we mention that it is a startup and that we are trying to get to the funding stage.
Secondly, the person that we mistakenly contracted to do a small piece of work for us was the "Company" LA Design & Coding, better know on the internet as William Franklin. A quick search of either names should give you enough information to understand this guy. We were unfortunately naive enough to pay him half up front to do some flash development for us. After 4 weeks of showing us nothing at all, I did a search on his name and found out all I needed to know. I clearly should have done this search first, lesson learned. When I confronted him about the information I found online and that I had not received anything from him, he said "fine I will just launch and you get nothing".
A day later I receive an email letting me know that this post was made, truly a very classy guy to work with. We are a small startup so I an not at all worried about this "negative" post, but I wanted to make sure to continue to expose the truth about William Franklin and LA Design & Coding.
He did get my contact information correct, so if anyone would like to discuss similar situation they have had with him, please feel free to email me. Thanks.
