Ryan Wirtz Texas Tree Guy Trim Job turned into Hack job because of lazy workers dallas Texas
I called the Texas Tree Guy co. Received an estimate which went well. Told Ryan Wirtz exactly what I need done to three trees on our property which came down to a TRIM. The price was good. When the three guys came to do the job, I also told the guy running the job, TRIM. I went back into the house. I figured they knew how to do a TRIM. Next thing I hear is a chain saw running and I see out the window large limbs missing from the trees and I hear loud thumps to the ground. I went outside and they were shredding the limbs from the trees. I called the guy over who was running the job and told him stop, no lower limbs, just trim the outer edge of the trees. But by this time it was too late. The middle of the three trees now had no lower limbs, it looks like a palm tree and it is an oak. The first one has a few limbs missing also. And as I watched the job at this point on the thrid tree he was still about to cut large limbs and i yelled again stop. Told them again how to do it. Then just said stop and it is done. (I was afraid at this point he would screw this tree up). Called Ryan told him his guys were being lazy just wanted to use the chain saw. (Because the hand cutter to do the outside edge requires a lot more time. These guys just wanted to do it as fast as they could). I would never use again. I should have checked on the web at the complaints for this company. But I figured how can somebody screw up a trim....? The he tells me on the phone that it was my fault at what I told these guys and trys to get out of it. . WHY should I have told them anything? Is that not his job and where was he that day?
