Don't you have anything better to do tham be melodramatic? You would like this to seem like you got your money back by the skin of your teeth but it just isn't true. Spend your time on something productive, you should be able to produce a lot as it seems you have quite a bit of excess time on your hands!

IT'S NOT GOOD FOR US CONSUMERS THAT THIS IS OUR ONLY WAY OF GETTING BACK AT DISHONEST BUSINESSES LIKE S&J. PEOPLE, WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WAS NO SLANDER. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS WITH THE DATES AND EVERYTHING IF YOU WANT ME TO PROVE THAT YOU PEOPLE ARE LYING. THIS COMPANY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND, THEY KEPT MY MONEY FOR AWHILE, THE BANK HAD TO GET THE MONEY FROM THEM WHICH TOOK MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. IT TOOK THIS COMPANY ABOUT A YEAR TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT HERE. WELL, S&J, ALL I CAN SAY IS MORE POWER TO YOU. I'M SURE THAT I'M NOT YOUR ONLY VICTIM. IT'S ALL ONLINE. NOW, GET A BETTER LIFE!

It is a good thing people don't get sued for slander for the things they say on sites like this! Do you honestly want the public to think that your card company gave you back your money out of the goodness of their hearts? We credited you, that is how you got your money back. Now kindly cease your rhetoric and let us get on with our lives, as some of us actually have one. By the way, you were credited over a week before you entered this complaint.

FOR YOUR INFO, MY BANK GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK AFTER 2 MONTHS OF POUNDING ON THEIR DOOR! SO DON'T GIVE ME THAT B.S. TELLING THE WORLD YOU CREDITED ME BACK! I'M SURPRISE THAT YOUR BUSINESS IS STILL UP AND RUNNING THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE! PEOPLE, PLS BOYCOTT THIS S & J USED AUTO PARTS! BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL REGRET YOUR TRANSACTION WITH THESE LIARS!

The customer received his credit as soon as we were able to prove that he had not received the purchased part. Unfortunately, the part was lost in shipment and we had to have it traced. This takes the shipping company 7-10 business days alone. We would not stay in business very long if everytime someone called saying they didn't receive their shipment we just blindly gave them the money back. We appologize that this proceedure was inconvenient but, we do have to protect ourselves somehow. He was given his credit as of 7/07/03
