The client received a refund as promised. Unfortunately, because the firm underwent a restructuring, it took a little bit longer than usual. Our office was in contact with the client via email and had advised her of the situation. As for "Curtis" making promises, we do not have nor have we ever had an employee at the firm by that name. This issue has been resolved.
