Take my warning and stay away from this awful business. Sosaia Kalani Latu (also goes by Josiah), the owner of the business, and recently part of Matu Construction, and SMT Construction, is extremely dishonest in his work, and doesn't do a good job either. All of the photos he sent, claiming to be his work, wasn't really his work. He came and gave us a bid. After deciding to go with him, he told us he would be at our house 5 different times, without showing up. After finally showing up, he tore down our entire rock wall, even after my husband stated "Do not touch the rock wall."
He also rented all of his equipment, obviously showing that he is not a legit concrete pourers. His price also went up $1,000 from his "exact quote." We told him he needed to come fix what he did or we were pressing charges, and he turns his phone off constantly. It's excuse after excuse and we are still pending investigation.
This man acts like he's a very honest and good person who is willing to work with anyone. BUt he is a very big liar and deceives people like crazy. Don't fall for his lies!
