SABANS RENT A CAR is a rip-off! DOUBLE BILLED! FAKE PHONE ORDER! Rude! PHOENIX Arizona
I rented a vehicle on 3/3 sabans changed the rental date on the sales slip with the imprint of my credit card and that is just the beginning. I drove the vehicle to california where the brakes went out on the car. I was told to drive it back to Arizona and the vehicle was replaced the next day with a ford taurus. Which is a different fee level.
The vehicle I rented was 289.00 a week. The replaced it with one that was 199 a week. When I got my credit card statement there was a fee from them for $807.54 so I disputed it with my bank I recieved a copy of the billing where I saw where they wrote in different figures on the contract and changed the date on the sales slip that contained the imprint of my credit card. They billed me another weeks worth of rental for the replacement vehicle even though it was turned in a day later.
I tried calling and was cussed at and h/u on several times even though I was calm and discussed the problem in a profesional manner. Finally I was just told that they don't have to justify what they do and that I need to just deal with it.
