sabrina fortunet claimed AQHA but could not provide ORIGINAL certificate of registration Ramona California
I purchased a horse from Sabrina Fortune. She provided me a photocopy of the AQHA Certificaate of Registration.
I requested the Original Certificate at the time I took possession of the horse and she told me she would contact AQHA for the duplicate copy. Date of purchase was 1 October 2014; to date, 4 May 2015, she has not complied with my request, nor will she answer her sell phone or return my calls.
I have since sold the horse and took a $1,500 loss because I cannot provide the original Certificate of Ownership.
