Complaint Review: Sadeil J Lewis - Los Angeles California

1. Sadeil J Lewis aka “Sadiel Orion”  dob 11-29-1983 and Joahna Mae Julaton have ripoff the landlord of 104SO S Vermont, Los Angeles, CA 90044.
2. Sadiel Orion leased as a Bedspacer similar to Hostel arrangement.
3. Sadiel Orion has done criminal act, breached the Contract Agreement for the following grounds:
   1. Sadiel Orion endangers residents especially minors residing in the house by allowing the following items accessible to the minors such as Alcohol, Cigarettes, Poisonous Substance and leaving the House Door/Gate widely open to the main street. In the contract clearly define of not Driking Alcohol, smoking cigarretes inside the house. When the House-In-Charge call his attention, Sadiel Orion, reacted verbally violent, uses profanity and excuses.
   2. Sadiel Orion without any discussion, consent and approval from the management spread thick poisonous white powdery substance all over the house that may risk respiratory distress or one’s life. He was called to his attention. The House-In-Charge has to clean the mess Orion did.
   3. Sadiel Orion was using a poisonous pest spray and he contaminated clean sterilized feeding bottles for a premature baby. This kind of action has almost risk the child’s life if not being caught by the mother.
   4. Sadiel Orion always left the House Door/Gate open endangering anyone’s life including the pet.  Sadiel Orion endanger the Pet during the absence of the landlords thus resulted accident & disability of the dog. When the landlord found out about the incident, Sadiel Orion immediately wash his hand and made excuses trying to blame someone else.
   5. When the landlord tries to collect his unpaid rent to be use for medical needs of the pet. Sadiel Orion gave excuse in delaying his rent dues. Sadiel Orion convinces the landlord is not a good idea to surrender the Dog to the Shelter because the Dog will be put to sleep.
   6. Sadiel Orion is a manipulator & racist.
   7. Sadiel Orion also failed to pay bedspacer rent (not house/apartment) more than 50% of his total stay. Thats about two~three months he never paid. He failed to provide 30 days notice as stated in his lease contract agreement. He only had $100 deposit. From the length of his unpaid stay, inviting Girlfriend & friends to stayover without any paying rent too. Failure to provide 30 day notice how can a deposit be return?
   8. Sadiel Orion gave multiple excuses and acting to gain sympathy reasons for delaying his rent.
   9. Sadiel Orion had risk other resident’s life by Inviting non-tenants/strangers sleep over despite in the Lease Contract Agreement & House Policies clearly state, no Guest is allowed to enter the bedroom or even sleep over.
   10. Drinking alcohol infront of minors despite Alcohol is banned from the residence.
   11. Sadiel Orion stole personal belongings and even food.
   12. Sadiel Orion failed to help and maintain cleanliness despite it was clearly stipulated in the Lease Contract Agreement of his obligation. His roommates may testify of his filthy area.
   13. Sadiel Orion like to keep rotten food. Landlord beware if you had refrigerator, he may plant your refrigerator with rotten food and then will accused you for not keeping up clean.
   14. Sadiel Orion uses profanity words in front of the minor.
   15. Sadiel Orion failed to provide 30 days notification in terminating the lease instead he tried to run away & sneak out all his personal belongings when the Landlord was not home. When he was moving out, the Landlord has no knowledge at all.
   16. Multiple times, the Landlord call’s Sadiel’s attention to keep his room, bed and even clothes clean. The landlord even gave monetary fund to have Sadiel’s clothes laundry.  Proof of picture & text conversation may be provided upon request for legal purposes. Also all his roommates’ complaint of his messiness.
   17. Sadiel Orion vandalizes landlord’s belonging.
   18. Sadiel Orion has been caught lying multiple times. He uses profanity words. Sadiel Orion demeans minority and helpless people.
   19. Sadiel Orion run off with the payment of the rent of other tenant.
   20. All of his roommates has complaint that he is messy, untidy and refused to help cleaning the house.
   21. Sadiel Orion invited his Girlfriend and involves her as part of his scam & criminal acts.
   22. Sadiel Orion is aware of the house condition prior to his move-in. He accepted the condition and used for his advantage and disadvantage of the landlord.
4. Sadiel Orion refused to return the House Key. Instead dispose the House Key improperly risking endangering life of other remaining residents.
5. Sadiel Orion statement against Carousel Castillo, that he publicly advertises is completely False, Not True. These are Sadiel Orion’s own fabrication. This is a strong proof of defamation, racist and make-up stories. Sadiel Orion’s action was an act of Revenge & Rage when the Landlord tries to collect his & his girlfriend long overdue Rent and when the Landlord made a Public Announcement that they are no longer allowed to access her home.
6. As a landlord, I had witnessed that Sadiel Orion neglected his daughter needs. Sadiel Orion is busy with his lifestyle of partying, hang-out with friends, drinking alcohol, smoking, chatting online with multiple ladies rather than searching for a Job to support his daughter.
7. Beware of Sadiel Orion because he will sabotage your business, black mail, fabricate stories and lies a lot. In order to have his favorable gain.
8. Sadiel Orion does not handle issues professionally.

All my statements are TRUE. These has proofs and witnesses.

I am asking Public Help of Sadiel Orion and Joahna Mae Julaton whereabouts, since both run away. With the help of the Public, I pray a concern citizen will pinpoint where they are so justice can be served. This is also served a warning for other Landlords.
