Safe Guard Products Intl GAP Insurance Rip Off Atlanta Georgia
Purchased a vehicle in mid July from Carmax an requested GAP insurance. Coverage was through Safe Guard Products Intl out of Atlanta GA. 10 days later I was in an accident an car was totaled. I notified Safe Guard on Aug 3rd an made claim. It is now the end of September an I'm still getting the run around about information the adjuster supposedly doesn't have even though I've complied an given them everything they requested. I cannot get another car until the claim is closed an the CSR's that answer when I call refuse to allow me to talk to any decision makers or the actual adjuster. I am forced to use uber or seek alternative transportation to get to work an these people don't care one way or another. I'd never get coverage from this company again nor would I ever refer them to anyone else. I'm seeking the GA attorney general office an the Department of Consumer Affairs to file legal complaints. Don't ever deal with this company.
