Safeco Insurance is unethical business.After 10 yrs paying first claim.Nothing but tricks.Call in claim safeco says cut tree off the car it fell on.EVEN if the car is on the property insured same owner for liabilty .Get the fire damage caused byfallen tree on other house( also insured by safeco on same property )fixed.Rewire fire damage on the roof to the DROP from edison make it safe.CUT tree off the car that is blocking the common driveway of all the houses on the same lot all insured by safeco.EVEN in the 60 mile a hour wind storm.WAIT a week to get a call ti find out .NOT covered because the first call to report SAFECO sent me to wrong dept of safeco.Now wait another week to play phone tag with another independant agent.METHOD of operation Until i had ENOUGH.They pay high commisions to independant agents offer low rates.Have no agency supervisors no real overhead.Dont pay or provide help.Save your money do not even consider these CROOKS
