I ordered two items because the second item was supposed to be at a 50% discount. Upon shipping, I received an email stating that the second item was out of stock. I told them to cancel the whole sale but they sent me the one item at the price I would have paid if I had not received the discount.
I feel I should have been either compensated or given the chance to purchase another item not out of stock. Upon emailing them on numerous occasions, they have refused to do anything about it. To add insult to injury, I have to pay $9.99 to send the item back to them!
