Our family pays $1,500 a month to rent from Sainaam Realty, and we have had maintenance problems since we moved in.  There are no blinds, lights (on our ceiling), screens on the windows, and our oitlets didn't work.  Ravi assured me that it would be taken care of, and I have had nothing dine correctly.  They sent out a "homeless" maintenance guy to attempt repairs, and he patched a whole in wet drywall and left our home without finishing anything else.  I called him weeks ago and "Mike" said that he doesn't get paid from the owner Ravi, so he's not doing anymore repairs on my unit.  I called Sainaam Realty and had the maintenenace department try an resolve this matter, but Ravi won't do anything.  It has been 4 months, and still no word. He is vile and disgusting.  He made advances to me when we first signed out lease, and his wife was in the next office.  He is the realtor, the broker, and also the property manager for our rental when we got it.  I don't think that is legal, but we are finding out to report it to the state of Florida.  Then we were asked to pay a $100 deductable for our repairs... Who does that?  These issues were from before we moved in.  I am contacting the owner and explaining, in a detailed letter, that to them as well.  This is being reported to the housing authority as well this week.  It's funny because I could just withhold rent, but then he won't "renew" our lease out of spite.  What a slumlord!  Do not rent from this company and pig.

It is true! Sainaam Realty Manages the Condo I rent. The Air Conditioning Broke. They told me they will not fix it until I write them a check for $100. I have never rented where the tenants are responsible for the repairs. I am disgusted that the Air Conditioning breaks where I am renting and I am out $100 being a tenant. I am reporting this company to the State for their business practices.

Thanks for the reply about how nice RAVI is, and how he has a big heart.  He is a dirtbag and steals money!  He never had my items fixed in my home, and still insisted on rent.  I kept calling and I was ignored.  He took so much money from us moving in, that all I expected was to have my issues resolved before move in.  I was told that my home would be painted and the carpets cleaned.  He lied and said "yes".  I moved in and it was still the same.  I ASKED FOR THE OWNER'S NUMBER AND HE NEVER GAVE IT TO ME.  He is a scam artist, and tried to hold himself out as a businessman.

In response to the slander claim above, it is very sad to know that when a man is being a Gentlemen, it is perceived in a derogatory way or when a hard working man is being called homeless because of his hard working work clothes appearance.

This allegations do not make any sense because everyone at move-in are given a move-in inspection sheet that gives the Tenant 3-full days to inspect their unit along with their Realtor or without (whichever they prefer) and complete their report and return to SaiNaam Realty.  Even though the Move-in inspection report gives Tenants 3-full days to complete SaiNaam always gives at least 2 weeks to complete and return.  Anything that was perhaps overlooked by the Maintenance Vendors who made unit rent-ready, Tenant’s are not ever charged for unless they failed to include it in their move-in inspection report.

All Tenants sign a Lease Agreement that says 1st  $100.00 is Tenants responsibility, the main reason this clause is there is to prevent miscellaneous work orders like “ I need a light bulb to be changed” the lease also states anything major above $100.00 is Owners responsibility.  Everyone that follows the move-in procedures as given at move-in do not ever have a problem.

SaiNaam Realty has a Broker a Realtor and Property Manager’s on Staff.  Maintenance Invoices are sent to the Owner’s of each properties. SaiNaam Realty manages but Owner’s pay the Maintenance Vendor’s directly.  There has been episode when SaiNaam Realty pays out of pocket to expedite the process when we hear a Maintenance complaint in our office via the proper procedures.

Communication is key, instead of taking the time to kill the messenger (SaiNaam Realty) with these false accusations or allegations & ultimately slandering on SaiNaam Realty; following proper procedure mentioned on Lease and brought to Tenants attention at move-in would have simply already resolved any maintenance issues.

Not only are these allegations false but contradictory because after all this Slander on SaiNaam Realty Tenants not only want to continue with their lease, they also want to renew their Lease Agreement.
