I was referred to him to purchase a bulldog pup. He sent pictures to me, then gave me price of $400. Asked me to send Western Union with this information:RECEIVER'S NAME: SALAU AKEEM

COUNTRY: NIGERIA
TEST QUESTION: GOD
ANSWER: TRUST
He then said shipping charges had changed and he needed 200. more. I told him no and asked him to send me a refund. He keeps asking for more money-will not send me a refund.

Do not expect to see your $400.00. Also, likely there isn't anyone named Salau Akeem and there is no puppy. File a complaint at ftc.org. Western Union: Facilitating Scams for more than 150 years.
