SALINE GENERATING SYSTEMS BOB TREPP, T.J. COMPLETE FRAUD-EQUIPMENT DOESN'T WORK-AND WILL NEVER COME OUT TO FIX Tempe, Arizona
THIS COMPANY SALINE GENERATING SYSTEMS OF TEMPE AZ IS A FRAUD AND NO GOOD. Their equipment (POOL SALT SALINE GENERATING SYSTEMS) will not work and they never come out to fix the supposed WARRANTIED equipment. My equipment hasn't worked in over 5 months and it is under warranty, which they admit by the way, but they set appointments to come and replace or fix and then never show up. Bob Trepp is the owner who just gives excuses of this or that of why they can't make it out. We set appointment in November 2012 and no-one ever showed, then we called and they gave some lame excuse and would get to it, but we've been waiting now 5 months! Called again this month (April 2013) and they still can't commit to ever getting someone out to fix the warrantied equipment. APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE ANY SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND JUST SELLS THIS JUNK FOR HIGH PRICES AND THEN THE CONSUMER IS ON THEIR OWN WHEN THEY BREAK SHORTLY THEREAFTER AND THEY JUST KEEP STALLING YOU FOR MONTHS HOPING THE WARRANTY WILL GO OUT OF DATE SO THEN THEY CAN TELL YOU THEY CAN'T FIX IT BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF DATE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET ROYALY RIPPED OF IN A SALINE GENERATING SYSTEM FOR YOUR POOL --- THEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL JUST END UP WITH A BROKEN PIECE OF JUNK THAT THEY NEVER COME OUT TO FIX, NOR WILL EVEN ADDRESS SETTING UP AN APPOINTMENT TO DO SO!! We wish now we had gone with a more nationally known and reputable company than these RIP OFFS!
