Salomon Online Net Shop Counterfeit & Refused to refund
I bought a pair of Salomon snow boots on their website. They sent me a pair of running shoes instead, not even with a shoe box. I started to feel suspicious and went online to check the running shoes on the Salomon offcial website and discovered that the pair is actually a fake. So I emailed the customer service and requested a full refund and an address for returning the goods. We have exchanged more emails and they refused to provide an address for return and refused to refund and insisted on me keeping the wrong and fake pair.
Also, the customer service person wrote in broken English and you can tell the email was sent from a Chinese serve. The original delivery was originated from China Post as well while I have paid £12 for DHL.
