My name is Nikelsi im seventeen years old and i beleived that i was a victim of a ripoff. On March 7, 2007 a nice young lady came into my store Naturalizer and offered us a package to a Salon Safar. The company of this Salon is AD EFX in Fort lauderdale, FL. I offered myself to buy this package. Later after she left my manager looked over the package and insisted that i did a mistake and that i should try getting a refund. I called the customer service number that was behind the package and they told me to the following in order to get a refund: They told me that i had to mail it out within three business days, i mailed it out March 8, 2007. They told me to send it to their address with my card info and all personal info so that i can get my full refund of $120.00. I waited about a week and on March 16,2007 i looked at my account on line and saw that they online credited back $10.00 into my account. I waited a couple of days but i still have not received my refund. I called the customer service number again and left messages, they are not responding. I called the salon where i was suppose to go to and told them about the situation and they're just giving me the run around. I told my manager about this situation and she requested this site. I don't know what more to do all i want is to get my refund back, Please help me with this injustice.

firstly, start by using your own mind, secondly, how exactly were you ripped off?

Why would you let your manager tell you that you made a mistake? Did you actually try the services in the package that you purchased, or did you just take your manager's word for it that it was no good? How would she know? Keep calling for the refund though, as you are well within your rights to receive a refund. Sometimes the expedience of the customer service in a few of our branch division leaves something to be desired. That I can admit. But the grand majority of the spas and salons we promote for do an incredible job servicing the purchasers of their certificates. Hope all goes well for you nikelsi!
