Salon Supply Store Cheap Chinese equipment, bad service North Palm beach, fl Internet
Local to me, when this company started, I went to their warehouse and made purchases. I have purchased a facial steamer, which worked for almost one year, stopped heating water, the company would not even respond to requests for service or repair info. Most recvently I purchased TWO cabinet sterilizers, one blew out within one hour, the other, the next day. I asked to return them and pick-up new ones at the warehouse... NO. I asked if I could purchase new, and return ther others for refund, NO. I must box and return, wait til they inspect, and accept whatever they decide for a remedy. NEVER will I spend my money with this company again. The beauty industry is swampped with cheap Chinese products that look exactly like the things we have used and depended on for years, This company is selling these cheap knock-off products. DONT waste your money!
