Sam Firshteyn Avoid Sam Firshteyn Lying Theif Steals From Anyone He Comes Into Contact With Plano, TX
Any merchants should avoid doing business with Sam Firshteyn. He is th biggest lying SOB in existance. What makes this 69 year old pathetic is the fact that he would go to great lengths to steal a $17 cell phone battery or anything he can buy with a credit card. He will go to your site and buy an item. He will then contact his credit card company and start is list of never endning lies. He will say that he cancells merchandise on the same day he purchases the item, without even making contact with the merchant. He will continue his lies saying the merchant was the that refused to cancel the item.
Will continue the lies saying the cancellation policies were never disclosed on the site when it was on the checkout page itself and physically documented on the invoice we submitted his credit card company. This moron hick will even get the product that he had purchased wrong on the dispute paperwork. More than likely he's ripping off everyone he comes into contact with that he cant keep his lies and made up stories straight. This scam artist will use chargeback disputes to steal products from anyone. Do yourself a favor cancel his orders because this dumb a*s hick is going to jail!
