Caution: Sam Jamil Sesi is a Crook! This guy claims that he's such a devout follower of God. He's not! He's a sneaky crook. A conman at its best! He pretends to be extremely generous, particularly at restaurants and with tips. He will always pick up the tab. He makes it look like he could care less about money, but then again, when you've stolen the money from others, it's much easier to waste. He is very purposeful in his words and actions. He's very intelligent! Too bad he uses it in such a corrupt way. He will try to win you over as a friend, a sudden, very close friend. He will text message you to no end. His M.O. is to come into your business or propose another business opportunity, where you supply the investment as a silent partner, and he will take care of the rest. He will either propose that you sign over half of your business (so he can partner with you and increase business using his fictitious and lucrative figures) or he will request that you deposit a check in his JAC Investments bank account. Don’t believe him or the make shift contract that he’ll offer you. He claims to have such expertise in the food industry in particularly, but will pretend to be an expert in whatever the opportunity calls for. Do yourself and everyone around you a favor, do not do business with this crook, no matter how he sweet talks around it.
In case you’re unsure if this is the same man you’re in contact with, he’s about 50 years old, 5’9” with a big nose and greasy long, curly hair and usually wears a beret. He often dresses in black. Because his reputation as a crook has gotten more widespread, he sometimes says his name is Sesi Sesi. He’s Chaldean, but will cheat anyone, regardless of nationality, race, religion, or color. He has two sons, about 15 years apart, from two different women. All the other reports on here from other victims are true too!
Run away from this sneaky b*****d!

I'm guessing that Frankie is Sam or Dana, or at the very least, one of their new chumps. Anyone who has had any kind of business dealings with Sesi would never write or say those things. I worked for them when NOW Property Was in business. And everything that has been reported is spot on. Even the neighbor complaint, which I could totally see, as Sam is a very heavy drinker, and does hide behind God, and I have also seen when he becomes depressed, he just loses interest in all personal hygiene. Unlike the many others on here, I was only owed approximately $1500. It did not take long to see what he was all about, and when it became apparent that his activities were frauduleemploy parted ways. At any rate, whoever wrote the above rebuttal that Sam is a very honest business man, is full of it. Nice try Sam........

sam sesi is the biggest crook whoever wrote this is not lying .he scammed me the exact same way as described. first as a friend than telling me he has million dollars coming from lawsuits. i trusted him with $60000 to invest in buying properties he never did. my money was gone to jac investment group. he delayed me months wrote me a check that bounced and now he is claiming he had internal theft and he is broke. don't ever deal with him and if anyone can bring him to justice he will do the world as a whole good. Sam Sesi is an excellent man with a kind heart. He has ethical business practices. I have known him for over ten years and this is not how he does business. It seems that whomever posted this is a woman scorned. Your relationship that didn't work out does not mean he's a bad business man. Instead of hiding behind the computer hurling insults, why don't you state your name? These are false accusations just like the other posts created by unhappy people who want to get paid for a job not done properly.
