BEWARE OF SAMA MEGASTORE DELTA SHARM, SHARM EL SHEIKH, EGYPT SCAMMERS: Yesterday I took my daughter's laptop to these people as she had spilled water on it and to clean it. They came back to tell me there were various problems, motherboard and keyboard not working. I told them we could not afford to have it fixed and I would pick it up. They told me it was "operational" and cleaning was 300LE but I would need a new keyboard for 450LE. The keyboard was not working but when I took it home I noticed it was loose lifted it up and the wire had been taken out the slot. I placed it back into the slot and now it is working, they had removed the wire with a view to scam me, the back space key did not work but now condensation has dried it is fully working.

The matter has now been resolved, many other people have had problems with them such as paying 80LE for a 20LE cable etc.

Mohamed Safwat the owner has contacted me from Italy and apologised for any misunderstanding and also offered a full refund.
We have come to the conclusion that the wire was removed so the motherboard would not short circuit and the computer become functional as it had dried from the air, the moisture was causing a short circuit but at the time it appeared the keyboard was not working so it was an honest mistake.
I have purchased over 5000LE (500) of items from Sama and they have a excellent reputation, the owner apologised and explained and that is all what matters.
Both sides of the story have been said and I do not wish to put anyone off from shopping at Sama, the owner assures me that every customer will have a positive experience and I believe he will ensure they do as his reputation in Sharm is important.

Sama came back to offer me a refund, the fact is the keyboard did not need to be replaced once it dried out it was working 100%, I do not want this shops money, they even accused me of needing the money for "drink" Here is a video to show the keyboard is working and DID NOT need to be replaced http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=il_NKKaMKV0&feature=youtu.be
