I ordered multiple products to be worn in my sister's wedding. Order placed august 7th paid in full. Shipping was to take 7-25 days.
Over a month later I contacted them as no shipment has arrived and the tracking number they gave was invalid. They respond slowly.
I am told to wait longer. Call the post office. Then told to wait more. Given the run around. Told they won't refund that we have to split the loss. But I am the only one with loss.
Told they will reship if I pay 15$ again. Order was 23$. Refuse to refund.
I contact again. Told 15-45 days. Told to wait another week. Refuse to have manager contact. Still no product. No refund. well over a week since initial contact.
