I putchsed the phone in nov 2017 , with sprint a carrier and samsung note 8 as a mobile device , phone start heating up the day I got it , purchased the warranty with Geek Sqaud which is totally useless.

Phone get so hot one day that thre screen went pink, i called samsung it took them 15 days to send the phone back to me meanwhike i had no phone,

the phone cae back thet replaced LCD, battery and camera , the day I got it the same issue occured, i called sprint they were rude and the woman at other end said thats too bad you are stuck with payments.

i sent the phone back to samsung and they changed the battery and shipped the phone back to me same issue occured gain .

th ephone got so hot it burned my hand, they said they will replace the phone , i forgot to mention it that first time when they fixed the phone the back was all messed up and 2nd time they did not sent me the sim card 

so i checked the phone to surf web and it burned my hand .

they said they will replace the phone but when i called them in a week some they said you will get the phone in 14 business day after 20 days i was told I am not getting the replacement phone after seeral people hung up on me

the call ceter is in India so it was a hectic to go through sny person and 4 hours on the phone and they put me on extended holds and after 20 mintues click they disconnect line

after several attempts supervisor gave me email which is as shady as it can be and when i asked for update no reply

Now sprint do not want to do anything they sell a service but service is only good as long as yu have a devuce , but I am paying $100 a months and donot have a phone

i have to buy old iphone 5 c in order to have a phone

its really unacceptab;e companies do not take resposibilities, i lost so much business and on top of it I am paying for something which i dont have

i contacteed samsung uk may be they can help me to resolve the issue in corporate but they are no help as well

I am really frustrayed at this point
