Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I find Samsung 4K TVs to be both overpriced and faulty.  I spent roughly $4,000 on a top of the line Samsung TV and in just three years it already died.  To make matters worse, everything about their customer service is horrible and will anger you to the core.  It starts with having to speak with a call center that barely speaks any English, then they outsource the actually warranty repair to CVE Technology Group, Inc. (http://www.cveusa.com/) who never answers their phone and never bothers to return your calls when you leave a voicemail.  They are unresponsive and hold your equipment for weeks without any contact whatsoever.

When you call Samsung to complain, they create a new ticket number and say they will look into it and get back to you, but then you never hear from them again.  Then you call back (even more angry) and start the same exact process all over again.  You basically get stuck in an endless horrible customer service loop.

I have up until now bought Samsung TVs (I have four of them), but I will never buy another Samsung TV again because of their terrible service and the fact my $4,000 TV died so soon.

P.S. I bought a top of the line Samsung refridgerator (side by side, french door) and it was horrible from the first week I had it delivered.  Ice maker never made solid ice and the thing kept leaking onto the front of the fridge and onto the floor.  After no less than FIVE repair attempts, Lowes gave me back my money (not Samsung, Lowes - the store where I had bought it).

Samsung, sadly, seems to make crappy products and then fails to back them up with warranty service that doesn't cause you to pull your hair out.

If the thought of you making dozens of long phone calls, emails, etc., trying to get support isn't what you want to ever experience, then my advice is to stay away from Samsung.
