Samuel Bartlett promises he can secure you a new CPN number and loan, he will tell you he's an underwriter and can get you a loan. He will tell you it will cost $90 and to send the payment Money Gram. After sending him your money he will avoid your calls, and you will never hear from him again.
Please be cautious of Samuel Bartlett he says he's in the Dallas area. He also appears to be running this scam in Charlotte, NC as well.
His number is 214-994-6036. If you are doing business with Sam please refer any information on him to the local authorities or FBI fraud site.
He has ripped off a mother of a severly Disabled child as well as Disabled Veteran.
