San Francisco VA Hospital Police officer lucas of the SFPD bage 576 gave me two tickets and took my persnal items from me and never filed the voilation San francisco, California
I was in my motor home in the back J parking when I had the VA police do a search and seizure of FIRE Arms and medical MJ. There was no court Order or warrant was given to me by any officer by the VA police department. Then they did the same thing to a couple that pulled in next to me that night. I warned them of the police and what was happening. That next evening he gets the same charge as I did but officer Lucas arrested his and he had to spend a night in jail. His case has gone no where and is looking to be dismissed in state court.
I was sited in federal court and it been over 6 months ago and I still have not seen a judge or a court room. What gets me is my federal court tickets where never filled to the district prosecutor. I have never received any request or info from the Federal Court system or the police department what can I do to get my stuff back so I can put a end to this night mare.
I dont trust them because of the bulling and teasing the sighting officer did not to mention the mess they left me to clean up my home after every thing was gone thru and through on the floor and broken items that will be very hard to find. Under 18 USC 930 states that it is illegal to bring these Items into the FACTELES and said not a thing about being in the parking lots It only applies to inside the building. HELP!!! This has gone to far and how do I get my property from this department? I never got a list of items taken or was told I was being arrested or given my rights. Nice way to treat a combat veteran.
