I own a home in Mexico and purchased furniture from http://www.san-ignacio-rusticos.com . The furntiure arrived with termites in it, broken pieces, wrong fabrics, inferior quality and several weeks late. The driver of the truck was rude, he did not help us unload and the owner Eugenio Gomez still owes me for replacements.
I have surfed the internet looking for other people who who have had probelms and I found a review by a person in the USA who purchased an truck full of furniture from this compnay and had the same problems.
I would not buy from this compnay again. He claims I saved all kinds of money by going with him but I actaully spent more having to replace so many of the items he sent.
Buyers, beware.

I own a Rustic Furniture company in Mexico, And i recently bought the web site address san-ignacio-rusticos.com from the hosting company. It was not payed on and went out for auction.
I would just like to say we are in no way associated with Eugenio Gomez Martinez, in San Pedro Cholula, Puebla.
The company is Familia Rusticos, and we are owned by an American Couple who has been victim to Eugenios shoddy workman ship and order shortage.

I have had the same experience with this company and Eugenio Gomez Martinez, I had ordered a full truck load of furniture through him. It arrived 38 days late and there were many items missing and some pieces were not made to the measurments and pictures he had sent me. It has been a nightmare trying to get a hold of him to correct his mistakes and when i do i get the run around. You can call his shop and speak to Oliver, who wont know where he is at, and wont know how to get a hold of him. He well not even know what we are talking about when we ask about our missing items. I am putting this out there for any one who is thinking about doing businesses with this company, i would not recommend it and it would save you a lot of time money and headache to go with another company. I have all my customs paper work and emails from Eugenio showing his admission to forgetting to load some items on to my truck. Also other emails stating he well have them shipped to me, and now he wont return emails or phone calls. Stay away from this company, I have found other people as far up as canada who have gotton burned by Eugenio and after a year do not have anything to show for it. No refund , no new products, just lies and excuses. There are many other company's willing to go the extra mile down there for you and treat you right. I just happen to run across this scam artist and con man and was burned in the end. Some products that were to have leather installed have a pleather when i paid for leather, all said and done I am out of thousands of dollars.
