If you paid your bills and didn't spend your money on "A system" maybe you wouldn't have a problem getting financed!

The first rebuttal is just another lie. No dealership is REQUIRED BY LAW to deliver a vehicle to a customer, it is a decision of management to do so. The complete disregard for Sand's Chevrolets customers feelings are further brought to light by describing this customers credit rating as "rat" credit. Truth is, not only do they feel that way about most of their customers, many of the sales staff's credit is probably worse than the customer's they were describing. Finally, the complete lack of ethics or morals related to sales condoned there by even their top level management would make you sick to your stomach. Buyer Beware.

In the State of Arizona, dealers are required to do a "spot delivery." This means that if a dealer thinks they can obtain financing for a customer, they are REQUIRED to deliver the vehicle, even without a firm approval from a bank. The State of Arizona REQUIRES you to have insurance on ANY vehicle you drive. If you'd like to be reimbursed, take it up with Governor Napolitano. As for the window tint and stereo? That was you running with scissors. Why would you alter the vehicle before you got your payment book in the mail? Since you alluded to your rat credit rating, I'd like to make a record that if you had a history of fiscal responsibility, none of this would have happened. People with decent credit NEVER have to return vehicles.
