Venterra Realty Sandstone Apartments ripoff Contradictive mangement. Pasadena Texas
Hello. Like most of us who live or lived in apartments we know how it is to be ripped off!! I pay for my reserved spot just so I have a parking spot when I come home...They give me a number to call for towing purposes..I sat in my truck from Midnight to 5am waiting on this guy to tow a car in my spot..I called him every hour to here him lie to me over and over again...He has a contract with Venterra Realty for Sandstone apartments to tow vehicles..He claims that he has to have manager approval to tow in this complex..The management gave me the number in the first place and told me to call when I needed to tow someone...HHHMMMMM sounds like a money scam to me who's the lier I don't know....Besides that the A/c drains into the tub and leaves a yellow streak in the tub...They painted over it instead of cleaning it..Theres mold in the A/c cover...Everytime you go to the front office they act like your the one at fault that their life sucks...All in all they love your money and give you customer-no-service...
