Sandulache Nicolae Cosmin - Ebay ripoff Milano Italy
After bidding on a SOny DCP 35-computer on e-bay, I received an email from a (boule nevlegule ) claiming he owned an electronics store in Milano Italy and that he had the exact same hanycam top for sale for $100 and if I was interested to contact him.. After several e-mails he had convinced me that he was a legitimate bussiness man and I made out a Western Union Money as he requested for the agreed value.

He informed me that he had received the money and would send my handycam immediately via UPS world wide shipping company.
3 days later I received an e-mail from him to say he had made a mistake on my order, as he is a very busy bussiness man, he accidently sent me 3 handycams not 1!! He then asked me to pay for the extra 2 handycams, to save him recalling his package.
A day or so later he returned my e-mail claiming he was very sorry for his mistake and had recalled the package. He ensured me my new package with my 1 handycam was on it's way, but would take a few days longer.
Weeks later and I had received no package, after sending him several e-mails he finally contacted me asking for extra money because he had to recall the original package. He claimed he has changed his address and sent me someo ther address .
I told him I refused to pay him anymore money until him gave me the UPS tracking number on the package, so I could contact them over the internet to see where the package was, and if there even was a package.
I even got a chance to talk to him on the number 00393492466584
The reason that I am writing this is so that this man does get away with this again; other buyers, beware of scammers like this man.
I know somebody from australia whose name is rob is also trying to knock this man out, if you can contact me, we both can do something against that cheater.
