Sans Marketing Miniature Toy Helicopter Scam Las Vegas Nevada
Sans Marketing is a fly-by-night operation based in Las Vegas, Nevada owned by a married couple, Mr and Mrs Niems. They have a network of rented employees who populate empty mall kiosks that have been vacated by other tenants and sell small toys from China. The toys are not inexpensive and are touted to be high quality. I purchased an $86 hellicopter for my son and it wouldn't work on Christmas day. Contacted the number on the box and Mr. Niems answered. Explained the situation and he said he would send out a replacement asap. Weeks went by and no replacement. Finally reached Mrs. Niems and she said the larger helicopter must be inspected and I was to package and ship the entire unit to them in Las Vegas. She said there was still the possibility they would not repair and I would have to pay to have it shipped back to me. Mrs. Niems would not cover shipping either way. As the wonderful warranty came to expire 45 days from purchase, I decided to pursue through AMEX but their hands were tied.
Sans Marketing sells defective, cheaply made toys from China knowing full well that their return policy requires the consumer to absorb more financial risk. Their strategy to reside in Las Vegas is predicated on their "disappearing act" business model. Avoid this company at all costs and buy your toys from Target.
