Santa Clarita Athletic Club Dina McBurney Robbers Thieves Liars Boom! newhall California
Recently I had to file a claim against the gym for multiple billing errors on my account. Boom! Boom Boom! Money removed from my bank account after canceling. Boom! The gym never resolved it, and I was force to inform my bank of their fraudulent activities. I was only a member for 7 months and it was the worst experience ever. Beware of this place!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership since 3/30/16 and they just keep billing in spite of filling out more cancellation forms and resubmitting. DO NOT think of going here unless you want to be robbed blind. Now I understand why so many people were always angry when dealing with Dina.
She simply lies over and over all the while smiling to your face. BAD BUSINESS! I am now filing with the BBB as well. The manager is real nice to you until she figures out you are not going to sign a longer contract. Then if you refuse to sign a new contract she starts talking shiet about you behind your back. I actually heard this woman tell another customer that they “should just die”. So crude and low. Dina attempts to leave the trailer park behind by driving around in a leased BMW. Its not working. Stay away from these thieves.
