After nearly 7 years of payments, I was finally down to my last payment.. I paid it online and waited for my title.. three weeks later, I receive, in the mail, a bill for 66.37. The amount that they say I still owed on my vehicle due to interest, and that it was due by Jan 21, 2012.

On January 13th, I logged on and attempted to make that final 66.37 payment and couldn't. They use Western Union Speedpay and if the balance is less than 100.00, they wouldn't accept it. So I called customer service, which unfortunately put me in contact with someone with an EXTREMELY heavy accent. She informed me that they didn't accept final payoffs over the phone either. That I would have to mail a check, which would not be recieved or credited to my account by the 21st. Therefore accruing more interest.

Now all of this comes after nearly 7 years of paying payments online, at a cost of 10.95 every single month for the privelege of online payment, which they stated they preferred. So I went online, to my bank, and created a bill pay for it and paid it that way... This bunch is nothing but crooks that prey on people with bad credit.
