BEWARE TIMESHARE OWNERS: FRAUD - SCAMS - LIES & CRIMESHARE!!!
Starpoint Resort Group, Inc. dba: Geoholiday Resort in Las Vegas, NV., changed its name to: Sapphire Resorts Group, Inc. This was done so when tours come in for a Timeshare Presentation and Google Sapphire Resorts, they will see NO Complaints because no one knows it's a new company name. The Sales Floor at the Jockey "Joke"Club, is removing the old signs with more of the new company name. This tactic was created to continue cheating and ripping customers off. PLEASE, DO NOT fall for any sales pitch!. DON'T BUY FROM SAPPHIRE RESORTS GROUP, INC. All the sell is "Credits" and it does not work..also, the H.O.A. (Home Owners Association, dba: Maintenance & Taxes or annual membership, always goes up and at least twice a year! This Company is run by Thieves..from Darrell Neal, Bob Wengel, Patrick Guerin, Alan Dickler - COO, and Mike Muldoon - Owner. You also have Mike Kannard and Susan "HR Corrupted" Vaz as the head of cleaning complaints and making Company look good. Lynda Melvoin was the worst of all..and the so called Verification Loan Officers...all lying to clients to protect the owner. My husband and I worked there while back and a friend who still works there called us & said the comapny is changing names because they cannot clean all the S#*t is said there (She's right). ATTENTION ALL TIMESHARE OWNERS: YOU HAVE 5 DAYS TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT. Also, there are attorneys who do Timeshare Mortgage Cancellations! All ex-employees are suing the company for overtime wages not paid and the company steal your commission by re-writing deals. There's a secret boiler room where telemarketing agents called owners of timeshares who purchased within the 1st 5 days..and tell them they qualify for less Interest Rate, less monthly payments, and the company offer them another gift..so of course clients say yes..company faX the new form, CXL the existing deal, then re-writes a new one and tell the sales agent the clients called in and cancelled! So Starpoint (Sapphire) keep all commissions! ATTENTION TIMESHARE OWNERS: come to Diamond Resorts at Polo Towers, and mention code: StarCXL and will take your Geoholiday Timeshare and put you in our Five Star Program. We will CXL your existing Timeshare.

Can Polo buy my timeshare if I still owe on my loan? We want a timeshare but don't want to be ripped off. If not can you refer me to an attorney. i heard they made our timeshare where we can't sell it to anyone but them.
