If you have an immigration case (or any other case) that is being handled by Sara Herbek, YOU ARE IN TROUBLE!

THIS WOMAN IS A DESPERATE NINCUMPOOP FRAUD ARTIST THAT WILL SCREW UP YOUR WORK-VISA/IMMIGRATION

CASE IN ORDER TO OVER-BILL UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS who are usually employers.

When she is finished with you, you will either LOSE YOUR JOB after being forced to wait for months before your

first day of work (like me), or you will end up in a pre-planned never-ending quagmire that will cost you $thousands

in more legal fees and headaches in the future.

"Focused on Over-billing, Immigration Sabotage, and Embezzlement of Legal Fees"

The firm that she works for is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and it is a con-job. The paralegals are bigger morons than she is.

I had a very simple case that should have been completed as a TN visa, which takes a total of ONE DAY to file and process

(and the next day you can show up for work). This stupid, greedy, opportunistic, s***k kept INSISTING that it should be filed

as an H1B visa which, of course, costs thousands of dollars in legal fees and takes over 2 months to process while you sit around

and do nothing.

I kept telling her that I don't need this and I had a green card that was almost finished, and she wouldn't respond for weeks.

Then,Sara Herbek started sending MORONIC e-mails which included my hiring manager and the hiring company's HR managers

to slander me and make it sound like I am not cooperating, even though she had already received all the paperwork from me to file

the visa petition over a month earlier.

IT GETS WORSE

Sara Herbek, then decides to sabotage my case even more, in retaliation for implying that she is foot dragging my case by

months to over-bill my employer. She even deliberately waited for OVER 1 MONTH before filing my (unnecessary) H1B visa

by claiming I didn't give her my paperwork (which I had given her over a month earlier even though the firm's stupid, illiterate

paralegals and clerical workers never asked for them).

Finally, the HR manager of the hiring company literally forced her to file by explicitly telling her to do it...albeit it was still filed

as an unnecessary H1B which would take over 2 months after the date she DECIDED to file my case.

Every time I asked her why she was filing an H1B she tried to BS her way into explaining why I must go through an unnecessary

and lengthy work visa process. Then, she would send a mass-email to everyone to try to make it look like she had explained it

"over the phone" to me and that it was "part of the strategy". Yeah right, a desperate strategy to get rich through BS paperwork

and over-billing.

She would typically wait a week or two, and then send follow up email to me (with my employer's HR and hiring managers CC'ed

on the e-mail) that she would be "glad to explain it to me again OVER THE PHONE". When I did try to reach her (again) over the

phone she never answered even though the receptionists at Ogletree Deacons took the messages and said SHE WAS RIGHT

THERE IN THE OFFICE.

She never responded over the phone of course and eventually she had someone send a letter saying that she is not my attorney

but my "employer's attorney" and could not talk to me because I wasn't her client.

EMPLOYERS BEWARE!!

These stupid desperate crooks at Ogletree Deacons (especially Sera Herbek) make it a normal practice to deliberately draw out and

complicate the hired employee's work visa process in order to ensure more legal fees from the employer for future damage control

that will generate even more bogus paperwork and legal fees for themselves. The employee is the victim and can end up with UNLAWFUL

PRESENCE on their immigration record, complicating their future immigration petitions and costing the vicitm thousands of dollars in

additional legal fees while risking deportation of the victim.

Looking at Ms. Herbek's legal record, her so called career is littered with dragging out immigration cases and often turning them into

multi-year legal battle's at the expense of the client/victim.

As for me, the EMPLOYER CANCELED MY JOB EVEN THOUGH I HAD ALREADY BEEN HIRED AND WAS WAITING FOR

THIS UNNECESSARY H1B IMMIGRATION STARTED BY HERBEK TO COMPLETE, BECAUSE THEY COULD NO LONGER

WAIT FOR SARA HERBEK AFTER 3 MONTHS OF UNNECSSARY DELAYS AND FOOT DRAGGING! BASICALLY SHE GOT

THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN BOGUS LEGAL FEES TO RUIN MY LIFE!!

4 MONTHS OF MY TIME WASTED in unnecssary paperwork, background checks, employment lab testing, multiple interviews and

then SITTING AROUND FOR MONTHS AND WAITING FOR SARA HERBEK TO RUIN MY LIFE.

Now I have no job prospects of course. I wasn't looking for work for 4 months because I was already hired and waiting for these

idiots to milk the hiring company, Life Technologies (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ion Torrent or whatever the hell they are called now),

I tried to warn them about these crooks at Ogletree Deakins and they simply waited around and forked over thousands of dollars in

unnecssary immigration legal fees to these STUPID CRAZY MORONS and then they canceled the job after I was hired and been waiting

for months for the process to finish!

I have started looking for work again now after nearly 6 months of unemployment and I'm close to losing my house because Sara

Herbek wanted to make a few extre thousands of dollars in fraudulent unnecessary legal fees.
