Saratoga University School Of Law deception, lies, fraud, dishonesty, thug. San Jose California
I began Saratoga 2001, took my final exam end of 2003 I was told by Dr. Michael Narkin the Dean he would get all my scores to me, as well as the final exam. He said verbally "You passed." so stop worrying. I told him it had to be documented. He did not send anything to me. I called Governor Swarzeneger's office and they recommended I file a suit. I am not a Calif resident and the lt. Gov.'s office said that I cannot file anything. I talked with the bar repeatedly and they will not affiliate themselves or be accountable whatsoever to this. I was studying diligently for the exam and he insisted I had to submit info at a certain time, and during that time my daughter wanted to come home from Europe . I put her off on this due to my law exam. She died the next day. I was devastated and had to put school off. Dr Narkin was nasty about me taking a leave due to the death of my daughter. He absolutely had no empathy, or sympathy over my daughter. He told me "People die" He told me he had experienced people dying, some students or people he knew. This emphatically had nothing to do with the loss of my dear daughter. His concern was money only, and always. I know he will get what he deserves one day. I know this. He hurt so many people and even people I recommended to his school. He is a hoax. It is 2009. My daughter is not coming back. I will never see her again here on earth. She wanted me to have my J.D. I do nto have anything now.
He did not send my final grade or any type of letter. He gave into a leave for me, but he never followed up on my grades or diploma for the J.D.
I telephoned his number continuously, wrote letters requesting grades, and my earned diploma for the J.D.. Recieved nothing. The last I heard was from his son Brandon who told me he would send my grades and diploma. I received nothing. Then the number disconnected and when I pulled up Saratoga on the web there was Brandon in a photo in front of a lear jet.
I have grieved myself to death over my daughter and over the fact that I blame myself for putting this school and Narkin's demands over my daughter coming home to me, when in essence he knew very well that he was going to make off with everyone's tuition, leaving us all stranded with absolutely nothing. And people tell me from Calif. There is nothing we can do . Who is liable for this then. He was registered with the bar in Calif. He had an online law school. Who is liable?
