Sarmicel Burmese cattery Michael England we bought a burmese kitten who developed a 3rd eyelid in his eye within a week. Michael England had somebody pick him up but has made no attempt to pay us back. Gibbon Nebraska
I bought a Burmese kitten from Michael England who developed a 3rd eyelid in his eye. Michael said this is common in this breed and tried to tell us how to fix it and get the 3rd eyelid to go back inside the eye. When it didn't work, we told him and he offered to have a breeder friend pick him up which he did. However, he did not pay us back for the kitten. This was about September of 2013 and he ignores all emails. He had told us he would pay in installments since he already spent the money which was $500 cash but we haven't heard from him since. He said this condition is common in the American Burmese kittens. This is a ripoff to sell a defective kitten and not give our money back. Since it's common in this breed, we didn't ask for a replacement kitten and he didn't offer one.

Michael England has fully paid off his obligation to us for the kitten we returned to him who had a physical defect. If I should do this a different way, let me know. I wish to end the complaint.
